Kia ora, how are things?
It’s finally starting to cool down here in Yamagata, and today I spotted snow on the summit of Mt. Chokai for the first time this year, a sign of things to come.
Frankly, I couldn't be happier.
We can officially put summer in the ‘done and dusted’ category for this year, not to mention winter is one of the best times to be in north Japan. The only thing is, you have to love snow like I do! There are plenty of people here who don’t, and they’re missing out on some of the best Yamagata has to offer (although, I'm still yet to check out Ginzan Onsen. I hear it’s nice out there. I did go to the nearby Okina-san, mind you).
Before I get too far ahead of myself, to thank you for your very generous support, here is my latest video before anyone else can get their dirty little hands on it.
Enjoy! (and let me know what you think too!)
