The crusty shuttered building with the colorful Komeito poster might be the perfect photo of decaying old Japan. Not only strangely beautiful, but symbolic of you get all the change you vote for.

I was told long ago that the parties rent these spaces from building owners. A commie poster on a house for instance doesn’t mean the owner supports the JCP. He has just rented the space. That’s maybe why old shacks have posters on them—the owner thinks who cares, fine, at least I can get a few coins from this problem building I’ve got.
